Report from Meeting on 21st April 2009 on sustainable growth

SERI states at the outset of its arguments paper (PDF) under the heading Objective of the project: "In EU-level negotiations and discussions on the implementation of the renewed EU Strategy for Sustainable Development [EU SDS], held since June 2006 as part of a specially created review mechanism, it has become clear that a certain amount of ambiguity exists as to how economic growth and sustainable development relate to one another."

The Brussels event is to kick off an expansion of the arguments paper into a collective piece of some 30 pages, as explained here.
